Recently bought some of this at a local store, had it on chicken thighs overnight before going into the smoker this has a great flavor and have also used it on cabbage smoked and then kept warm in the slow cooker.
Shake on chicken, pork or beef before, during or after cooking as desired. Typical BBQ aroma. Smoky flavor typical of BBQ.
