    This is more of a summer sausage than a bologna but it has great flavor it is the best !!!!!you can eat it cold by itself fry it for breakfast eat it with crackers and sharp cheddar definatley a family favorite

    Good but not worth the price once you tack on the 4.00 shipping charge especally when UPS drops it off at the post office and I got to drive 10 miles one way to pick it up.

    This product works will with wild game and is great if not better with a 90/10% beef pork mix!!!!

    I had a sample of venison made with this kit and found it to be the best I've ever tasted so I had to make some for myself. Very easy for the novice to make a quality product

    I've made this kit about 4 times now and everyone loves it. I usually add some high temp cheese and jalape–o's. Great on crackers or as a snack.
