I've been looking for a good "out-of-the-package" brat spice mix. This one is a homerun. I also added the hi-temp cheddar as recommended. I have several of my own brat recipes, but the family really liked this one. Why waste time weighing out spices when you can just open the package and mix? Definitely will buy this one again.
Tried these for the first time this year. Upon looking at other reviews added the high temp cheese to the mix also. They did turn out okay. Only problem I have is the cheddar cheese mix has a real artificial cheddar taste kind of like you were using the cheddar mix out of a box of Mac and cheese. Think if I were to make again I would use the plain bratwarst seasoning and just add the high temp cheese chunks to that.
Really cheesy but still good. Have not been disappointed from con Yeager yet.

Incredible flavor would have given 5 stars if salt content was a little lower... I add a least an extra cup of water to mixture for my pallet.. would highly recommend! I also like to use the hot high temp cheese in with this mixture, always the first sausages gone from the serving plate

Very good brats everybody like them.Next time I will put in the high temp cheese that will set it off.
