    Brats = Yum

    Our first try for Brats. Our group made 50# and they came out great. I'd like to encourage you to go with more no MSG recipes but this is a good summer grilling recipe

    Best Brats!

    Posted by Jack L. on 9th Nov 2012

    This was the first try for brats. We did ours with 70% elk and 30% pork. The flavor was incredible. Ours came out a bit lean but everyone loved them. They actually plumped up as we grilled them!
