This Caribbean Jerk Spice it great on everything. I have used it in different casseroles to add that distinct flavor. I have also used it for chicken livers. After cleaning your livers shake a bit of this seasoning onto them and let them set in the fridge for over an hour, then grill them to medium. WOW that is what I call good. This is also great on chicken and even mixed into burgers and then grilled. Cant go wrong with this seasoning.

I have tried other brands of this spice but this one is by far the very best and I will not buy any other brand.

We moved out of state and asked our meat dept what spice this was so we could track it down and buy it for home. Amazing wings!! Thanks for adding larger options!

I have tried several other brands of Caribbean Jerk but when I found your brand, It is the best in the world. I will not use any other brand when I make my Jerk Chicken. It is a favorite among my family and it is the dish they always ask for when family gathers. Kudos to you for the best JERK Seasoning !!!!!
