I found this product several years ago in my grocery store. I am So happy that I have found a resource to continue having is as a staple in my kitchen.
I use it as a dry rub for grilling steaks and chops. I use it as the "salt" in all of my sauces, soups and stews. I cannot live without the Caribbean Jerk Spice!
Excellent Jerk spice flavor. Had to try another brand when I ran out because I cannot purchase at my local grocery, can only purchase online. No Comparison!!! This is definitely the best.
A very good jerk flavored dry spice - really great on chicken wings - just coat both sides prior to grilling - nothing else required. Love the fact that it adds so much flavor and virtually no calories.
I got a recipe for Caribbean Jerk shrimp while at a golf outing, of all things, and thought I would give it a try. I purchased Con Yeager at a grocery store and it was great. When I ran out I was unable to find it at the store so I did a google search and purchased this product on line. It is great and I'm so glad I didn't throw the empty container away before doing the google search.
