I never thought a blend could be better than mixing individual spices. Color me wrong. 2.5 Oz to 5.5 lb of pork beef blend. Added insta cure #1 and smoked it. Much better than my first attempt
This is a real good Kolbassi season for pork meat. My family loves every bite. We make links and add a little real wood smoke flavor to the outside and then grill the links for full flavor! I would always recommend this seasoning.

I have been buying this packet of seasoning for about a year now making homemade kielbasa adding cure to it to smoke it. Great value vs buying all the spices this is all in one and tastes great!!
This is a very good sausage, I just wish I would have fried some before stuffing it, It was a little on the bland side for me, I will use a little more salt and garlic if I make it again. I did use a binder also
Made with beef brisket and pork butts. Great tasting sausage. Added binder to keep moist. Love pan fried burger style on good buns. Great with eggs too.
Love his mix. good with deer/ pork but great with 15 pound ground brisket / 10 pound ground pork. Add binder and great pan fried on good buns. Great with eggs in the morning too.
I made mine with 1/2 moose and 1/2 pork and it is just fabulous!
