Use one package per 25 pounds of meat. If you are looking to make a traditional, smoked polish sausage with mustard seed, try this blend. Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Corn Syrup, Garlic Powder, Monosodium Glutamate, Sodium Erythorbate 0.83%, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Designed for cured/smoked/cooked kolbassi. (This product is not for fresh/uncured/unsmoked/uncooked kolbassi.) Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section. Failure to use cure can result in serious health risks.     On the package it should tell you or somewhere on your web site it should tell you how much cure salt to use. Make cure salt packets for sale for 25#s I sort of ruined my first and possible last batch of Kielbasa.

    I have been making Kolbassi for years, using a handed down recipe. I decided to try the TS package and was impressed. I have now purchased this product more than once and probably will keep doing so. Love Con Yeager!

    I don't bother seasoning myself because this is the best I've had, faster and easier. 35-38mm natural casings, light smoke and its prefect.

    I tried this mix for the first time this year and the only one I liked better was the fresh Kielbasa. This one (TS) was just a little more salty. I know that's by design for a mix to smoke, but I smoked the fresh Kielbasa mix last year and like it a little better.
