If you're new to Con Yeager and want a way to compare us to other spice and seasoning vendors, go ahead and order some of our black pepper. It will blow you away. What you've been buying at your grocery store will taste bland in comparison. Try some and taste the difference!
First the good, the spice. Every time I get spices from Con Yeager they are always top notch. I buy a lot of spice whether for cooking or processing deer and you won't find it fresher. The bad, I do not like the new bottle tops. The old ones were twist and allowed you to choose from 1 of 3 sizes of holes depending on how much spice you wanted. The new ones are a flip top. The top is cumbersome and doesn't function well. When you have the top open the flip top lid gets in the way of using the container. Please go back to the old style! This is the reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
