    Everyone was amazed at the taste of the sticks I made. I just followed the instructions to make them then smoked them on my pit boss for the correct time and temp and they were done. The only thing was that they are pretty big in diameter, but any smaller and the casing wouldn't have fit my cabellas grinder sausage horn. I also bought the regular stick pack which I'll try next. Definitely need to stock up on these kits, they are a major home run.

    I have gotton this kit for the last several years and have never had an issue . The sticks always taste the same. I always make a batch of deer sticks just before Christmas time and my family and friends have gotton now where they look forward to coming over to have some. I highly recommend trying this product!!

    con yeager spice is first class.. This is what i did. I used 4 lb pork with 3 lb beef and the 10 lb seasoning pack and cure provided stuffed in 1-1/2" diameter collagen casing . I like a bold spice taste.Then i hickory smoked about 8 hrs.. hung to dry in cool place (basement) to 2 days.... oh boy let me tell you awesome taste!!!! may try letting them dry for one week total then giving them a final cold smoke for a few hrs to really deepen the spice and smoke flavor.

    These are great! Very good mild pepperoni flavor. I actually wouldn't mind a little more pepperoni flavor and kick, but this probably appeals to a wide range of folks. I would highly recommend this. I've put on pizza, crackers, or just as a snack.
