Salami Kit

I use this product for making deer bologna family loves it!!!

Hands down the best mixed with venison and add cheddar cheese no other company's mix can compare!!!!

I have made Salami from many recipes and multiple different package products over the years and this is absolutely the best for Venison I have found. It has the pefect balance between spice and natural venison flavor.

This is by far the best salami mix ive used for my deer meat, i make snack sticks with this as well as the regular salami. Will always buy and use this brand!!!

Made it with deer meat but as stated in other comments does not vary much from the Summer Sausage. Would have liked it to have more of a Salami flavor.

I made it with moose meat. The flavor is nice. Not much different than the summer sausage except for the addition of pepper corns.

This was the first time I tried this particular mix although I've bought many others. I was impressed as usual as the Salami was just the right mix of spices. I'll be adding this to my long list of great spices from Conyeager.
