Sausage, Smoked

Use one package per 50 pounds of meat. A smoked pork, or pork and beef sausage seasoning, that is delicately flavored with just a touch of sage. Ingredients: Salt, Corn Syrup, Dextrose, Monosodium Glutamate, Spices (including black and red pepper), Sodium Erythorbate 0.18%, Flavoring, may contain up to 2% silicon dioxide to prevent caking. Please note: This product requires the use of a curing agent like our Tinted Cure #813 found in the Venison Seasonings section. Failure to use cure can result in serious health risks.     This is to change my review that I made on Nov 30, 2020,,,I had my smoker loaded to tight and the smoke wasn't circulating properly, my mistake, made another batch, What a difference it made in the color, taste and flavor,, lesson learned, don't overload your smoker. Really Great Tasting Sausage,,Sorry Con Yeger, my mistake..I'm learning. LOL I will be ordering more.

    This is the first time I tried it, Really good taste, would probably add a little hot pepper flakes for the next batch,,I like things a little spicey, but overall really good sausage

    My (and my friends / family's) favorite sausage seasoning

    I've tried others, including some other mixes from CY, and this one is definitely our favorite. It was recommended to me by a friend who has used CY for a long time, and his recommendations have always been spot-on. I was not disappointed, and neither were my family and friends that I share the finished product with. For the absolute best sausage - this one is it.
