I've tried multiple recipes over the years and nothing compares to this kit for venison Bologna. I purchased 2 1/2" casings in place or smaller casings. The casings are my only minor complaint.

Do not care for the continuous casings. Have been using this product for several years and found the individual casings much more convenient to use. Other than that really like the flavor of the trail mix.
